We use DPD, DHL and Parcelforce's next day delivery service for the majority of our packages. Our food is sent frozen fresh from our farm directly to you.
Please ensure that you are able to freeze or refrigerate your dog food when it arrives.
DPD:
DPD collect from the farm on Monday through to Friday *.
Food ordered before 2pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).
Our Sunday morning DPD collection is smaller which means some orders placed on a Friday evening or Saturday morning should arrive on Mondays (but sometimes orders placed on Sunday might not be sent until Monday).
Delivery is free for all orders over £40 to UK Mainland.
For orders under £40, there is a £5.50 shipping charge.
For orders under £10.00, there is a £8.99 shipping charge.
DHL:

Parcelforce:
Parcelforce collect from the farm on Monday through to Thursday.
Food ordered before 2pm on these days should be delivered the next day (please note sometimes there are delays or issues at our courier's end).
A signature is required for all Parcelforce Deliveries.
Delivery is free for all orders over £40 to UK Mainland.
For orders under £40, there is a £4.59 shipping charge.
For orders under £10.00, there is a £7.99 shipping charge.
Please note, any orders placed using Parcelforce shipping placed after 2pm on a Thursday are likely to be dispatched from the farm on Monday (for delivery on Tuesday).
We use a DHL next day service, but to some parts of the UK, this service takes 2 days. We will endeavour to ensure the packs still arrive frozen or partially frozen. To give them the best chance, please order Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries as our experience shows the couriers are much slower at the weekends.
We have the option to have extra ice packs added for deliveries to this region (the ice packs have a special gel that changes state at -15 degrees celsius and keeps the food colder for longer).
The rate for deliveries to these areas is £8.99 to reflect the higher charges the couriers charge us.
Our couriers do not collect or deliver on bank holidays, as such we won't send food out the day before a bank holiday, nor will we pack food at the farm on a bank holiday.
